Chicken Fajita Mac and Cheese

1 cup Cheddar
3 diced Blanc de poulet
2 cups Bouillon de poulet
1 packet Assaisonnement pour fajitas
2 cloves minced Ail
1/2 cup Crème épaisse
500g Macaroni
2 tbsp Huile d'olive
garnish chopped Persil
2 finely diced Poivron rouge
1 tsp Sel
1 small finely diced Oignon
  1. Fry your onion, peppers and garlic in olive oil until nicely translucent. Make a well in your veg and add your chicken. Add your seasoning and salt. Allow to colour slightly.
  2. Add your cream, stock and macaroni.
  3. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add your cheeses, stir to combine.
  4. Top with roasted peppers and parsley.
