Hot and Sour Soup

1/2 cup Porc
2-1/2 cups Bouillon de poulet
1 tbs Maïzena
1/2 tsp Sauce piquante
1/3 cup Champignons
1/4 tsp Poivre
1/2 tsp Sel
1 tsp Sauce soja
1/4 cup Cébettes
1/4 tsp Sucre
1-½ cups Vinaigre
2 tbs Eau
1 tsp Huile de sésame
2/3 Cup Tofu
1/3 cup Champignons Oreilles de Bois
  1. STEP 1 - MAKING THE SOUP
  2. In a wok add chicken broth and wait for it to boil.
  3. Next add salt, sugar, sesame seed oil, white pepper, hot pepper sauce, vinegar and soy sauce and stir for few seconds.
  4. Add Tofu, mushrooms, black wood ear mushrooms to the wok.
  5. To thicken the sauce, whisk together 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 Tablespoon of water in a bowl and slowly add to your soup until it's the right thickness.
  6. Next add 1 egg slightly beaten with a knife or fork and add it to the soup and stir for 8 seconds
  7. Serve the soup in a bowl and add the bbq pork and sliced green onions on top.
